Weekly key work & activity planner

Chirag: In the dashboard, when the user clicks edit, it should show all the key work lists and they can choose the option to edit the key work plan or complete the previous key work review. I have designed the key work sessions list so you can see how it is different from other report lists.

Staff complete the review of key work sessions which is to replace the key work template section at the bottom of the weekly report. The chosen items for key work discussion or key work activity set from here will filter the chosen discussions and activities for staff to report on how a child took part in the key work sessions.

Key work discussion

Staff guide

Each young person's key work session includes a key work discussion and a key work activity. Set these items for the

week by choosing the start and end date on a 7-day cycle. It is important to invite the young person to join you in planning the key work activity and you need to confirm if the young person accepts or declines. Whatever the case, you are still expected to offer the key work sessions. Choose the default discussions/activities and add your own under the option 'other'. You are expected to complete the engagement questionnaire the following week before you can set the next weekly activity discussion / activity.

You are able to choose the exact day for the discussion or choose to leave it on any day of the week.  We recommend you set discussion sessions as any day of the week as a young person may not be available on the planned day or may not wish to have the discussion on planned days.
