Care status is being completely replaced by the Primary outcome bar with the green buttons here, the same as what I have asked you to add to the top of daily logs. Staff should be able to click the button for each task completed just like in the daily log, they can also unclick should a child's situation change again

BO along with her siblings was removed from parental care because of alcohol infused domestic violence and the parenting provided was neglectful, which included school attendance being chronically poor.

 

BO has previously had 1 foster placement and 1 16+ supported accommodation placement.

BO was given the opportunity to be place in an unsupervised accommodation with another YP but was unable to demonstrate the capacity and maturity needed to manage that environment.
